Picture sitting on a beach with a bit of wind around. It might seem like nothing's moving from a distance, but up close, you'll see the whole beach shifting, one grain of sand at a time.
At SNDY Tracks, its the small pieces of our lives shifting over time that generate big change. We specialise in outdoor activities that ground us in the present moment, focusing on the small or large pieces of life that have the potential to shift. Our unique approach aims to anchor you in the now, offering the guidance and support needed to tackle life's daily goals, trauma, depression, anxiety and substance abuse with clarity and resilience.

Sam Duke
Adventure-based Counsellor
Sam Duke, an Adventure-based Counsellor, has worked with young people for over six years and is passionate about the transformative shift that occurs when participants step into their discomfort. Through the connection that comes from exploring the outdoors, Sam facilitates powerful therapeutic experiences. Inspired by the unique focus and camaraderie found when sitting around a fire and sharing stories, Sam helps others process their experiences through engaging activities.
Growing up with a deep curiosity for the outdoors, Sam discovered that moments of adventure are when close connections, trust, and resilience are forged. These moments create a space for therapy to take place in a safe environment. When working with young people through these experiences, Sam fosters an environment where they can develop essential life skills, emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, and self-awareness while immersed in nature.
